About Us...

Born and raised in Greeley, CO, Emmi Waterman was brought up on small town values and a need for family and community. Growing up with her mom as an RN she was surrounded by the medical community and recognized the growing need for reliable temporary health care professionals. With Emmi’s love for people and her desire to help, she started As Needed Staffing in November of 2000.

Wanting to keep the small business attitude towards client satisfaction, we at As Needed Staffing are focused on the clients needs down to the very last detail.
